How to order Custom-Built Advance Controls Pendant Stations

1. Print this form and fill in the required information.
2. Determine the number and type of operators required.
3. Select the enclosure by the number of holes.
4. Select the operators, contact blocks and appropriate nameplate for each function required.
Note: Mechanical interlocks are furnished standard. If not required, note this on the Order Form.
5. Total the list prices for all items and multiply the total list price by the ACI multiplier to reach net price.
6. Send the completed form to ACI. ACI will assign a Factory Model Number.
