Safety Switches Right Angle Rope Pull - Metal Housing
Advance Controls’ Right Angle Rope Operated Safety Switches are designed to protect large (up to 114.8 feet - 35 meters with intermediate supports) open operating areas. The activating rope must be tensioned. Tensioning the activating rope transfers the Normally Closed contact into the "closed" position. Cutting or pulling the rope past the operating point, mechanically forces open the normally closed safety contact turning “Off” the machine's control power. The machine cannot be restarted until the rope is properly tensioned and the normally closed safety contact "closed". The switch has a green collar to indicate when the rope is properly tensioned.
